A Go-To Solution for All Your Deep-Fried Desires
Exciting rides, deceptively challenging carnival games, dusty petting zoos, and happy smiling faces. The fair is in town.
But the one attraction we all shamefully look forward to is fried food.
Sweet, mouth-watering, artery-clogging deliciousness is around every corner at the fair. It’s one of the few times throughout the year that we allow ourselves these cardiovascular criminals.
Sometimes, though, the fair can’t come around soon enough.
Or it’s the Super Bowl, and you want to impress your friends with fried culinary treats for the big game.
No matter what you’re frying, quality batter is the key to making your creation unforgettable.
This is a versatile beer batter you can use to deep-fry several things. From homemade chicken tenders to crunchy hushpuppies, this is a go-to batter for all your frying needs.
It takes less than ten minutes to make, and the ingredients required are pantry staples you probably already have lying around (yes, beer is a pantry staple…or at least it should be).
For the best do-it-yourself onion rings or fish tacos, nothing beats this recipe!
