Because Taco Tuesday Comes Around Every Week
Meal prep doesn’t have to take forever. It shouldn’t! You’re busy trying to squeeze everything you can out of the day, and spending hours in the kitchen is in direct opposition to that goal.
And tacos are something you can enjoy year-round.
The nice thing about tacos is, if you keep it simple, they don’t take much time to prepare.
Tacos are all about the filling, and to me, the best filling for a taco is savory ground beef.
To keep things simple, cut up any taco toppings you like beforehand and store them in the fridge. Fresh peppers, onions, tomatoes, and even lettuce can be prepared in advance.
However, wait to cut your avocados until you serve the tacos, or they will likely turn brown within a day.
The star of your taco, the beef, is what you want to stand out.
This easy recipe for taco beef is quick and delicious. You can make a large portion and make yourself and your loved ones a taco bar for a few nights with a simple reheat in some beef stock.
Whether you’re a hard-shell person or the soft-shelled type, this appetizing taco beef recipe can be a staple of every Taco Tuesday!
