Cuban Sliders

A simple solution to feed the masses

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12ea package dinner rolls or Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 1/4 lb deli ham thinly sliced
  • 1 1/4 lb cooked pork loin* thinly sliced
  • 12 each Swiss cheese slices
  • 24 each dill pickle chips
  • onion mustard mix

For Onion Mustard Mix

  • 1/2 cup butter cubed
  • 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Cut the package of rolls in half horizontally and arrange bottom halves in a greased 13×9-in. baking pan.
  • Layer with ham, pork, cheese and pickles. Replace top halves of rolls.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in onion and mustard. brush onto the tops of the rolls.
  • Bake, covered, 10 minutes. Uncover and bake until golden brown and heated through, about 5-10 minutes.

Notes

*Marinade the pork loin with citrus flavors before cooking to add even more flavor to this tasty slider.
