Cuban Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 12ea package dinner rolls or Hawaiian rolls
- 1 1/4 lb deli ham thinly sliced
- 1 1/4 lb cooked pork loin* thinly sliced
- 12 each Swiss cheese slices
- 24 each dill pickle chips
- onion mustard mix
For Onion Mustard Mix
- 1/2 cup butter cubed
- 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
- Cut the package of rolls in half horizontally and arrange bottom halves in a greased 13×9-in. baking pan.
- Layer with ham, pork, cheese and pickles. Replace top halves of rolls.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in onion and mustard. brush onto the tops of the rolls.
- Bake, covered, 10 minutes. Uncover and bake until golden brown and heated through, about 5-10 minutes.
