The Only Coleslaw Recipe You’ll Ever Need
Summer barbecues are the best. The sun, the fresh air, and all the people you enjoy being around all in one place. And, of course, the food is always amazing!
Aromas of smokey, barbecued meats waft through the air mixed with the sweet smells of cold beer and fresh corn on the cob. If you’re searching for something to contribute to your next barbecues, and you’re tired of bringing in the same potato salad or crock of baked beans, serve up the wow factor with the only coleslaw recipe you’ll ever need!
Light and refreshing, this summer coleslaw recipe has more going on than meets the eye. Summer apples, dark brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar are the heroes of this tasty dish, but the slightly acrid flavor of the cabbage still makes its voice heard, creating a perfect harmony between bitter and sweet. And the creamy but crunchy balance fills a texture gap between the soft potato salads and beans clamoring for attention alongside it.
The best part, while others slave away in the kitchen preparing their contribution to the feast, you spend fifteen minutes making this masterpiece right before you go.
This is also a great dish to bring along if you forgot to make something 😉
For something quick and delicious to bring to your next barbecue, use this summer coleslaw recipe and discover why it’s the only coleslaw recipe you’ll ever need!
